1967 Mustang Coupe

Started with complete disassembly, mounted body shell onto rotisserie & sent out for media blast. Removed all rust affected areas and welded in new ( floors, trunk floor, front fender aprons, rear inner & outer wheel houses & ¼ panels, rear valance ect.

Replaced front fenders, front valance all associated metal. Fabricated frame connectors & replaced rear frame rails all welds were solid welded & all seams were seam sealed.

Hood was replaced with hand laid custom. & Shelby rear side scoops installed, all side marker lights were shaved, & all badging removed,car primed with 3 coats of epoxy primer.

Complete body was painted on the rotisserie inside & out with gun metal grey color & 3 coats of clear then color sanded & polished all trim was replaced or polished.

New glass installed & all new window regulators & weather strip & seals installed. Complete Shelby suspension installed with 1 inch drop, 1 inch front sway bar & ¾ inch rear with gas adjustable shocks & traction bars.

All new rear drum & front disc power brakes, all new brake & fuel lines correctly installed, finished off with Yokohama Avid H4S 245/50R16 tires on the rear & 215/55R16 on torque thrust 16x8 wheels.

Stock 302 cid engine was torn down & custom built by Long Lake Customs to produce 300 – 350 HP & edlebrock power combo & engine dress up installed. Then married up to and a 4 spd. Custom build AOD automatic Trans, putting the BHP to the ground with an Auburn posi 355 ratio rear end.

Battery was installed in trunk with all engine wiring concealed & full electronic ignition, Car was completely sound proofed & heat insulated, new   headliner, front& rear seat upholstery new front & rear door panels front kick panels with speakers, refurbished upper & main counsels all new dash panels & instrumentation as well as all new stainless steel inserts installed.

All new electrical installed. New carpet & interior chrome. Trunk dress-up kit, TRY ‘Y’ HEADERS & FLO PRO AMERICAN THUNDER 2 1-2 INCH AMERICAN THUNDER MADREL BENT EXHAUST with stainless tips complete stainless park brake  system.
